The Black Marcel has a few very small "lumps" in the leather at back of bag. The Antique Tan has a mark that looks like a pen but is just a natural mark in leather also at back of bag. ( Neither defects are very noticeable but not good enough for full price) Despite these cosmetic differences, the bag remains fully functional, durable, and ready for everyday use.
