RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Shed Leather, we want you to be completely happy with your bag. While we pride ourselves on quality, sometimes a bag may slip through quality control or may not meet your personal expectations for colour, texture, or style. Don’t worry — we’re here to help.

Returns for Refund or Exchange

  • We accept returns for a full refund or exchange if the item is received by us within 14 days of purchase, or 14 days after receiving your online order.

  • Returns received after this period will be eligible for a store credit with no expiry date.

Postage:

  • Postage for returns is at your expense, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend sending parcels via registered post, as the item remains your responsibility until received by Shed Leather.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Once your returned item is received, we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method.

  • If your item originally qualified for free shipping, $10 will be deducted from your refund.

  • For exchanges, a prepaid postage bag will be required to return your new item.

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty:

  1. Email us at info@shedleather.com.au with a description of the fault, date of purchase, and photos if possible.

  2. Post the item back to the address above and include your postal receipt.

  3. We will assess the item and decide whether to repair, replace, or refund. In some cases, we may ask you to have it repaired locally and we will reimburse the cost on sight of a receipt.

Note: Items over 6 months old are no longer under warranty. Seconds items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
