Returns and Exchanges
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We will gladly accept returns for refund or exchange if item is received by us within 7 days of purchase or- if bought online 7 days after receiving your product.
Return postage will be at your expense, unless the item received is faulty or not as ordered.
On receipt of the returned item, you will be credited the full purchase price of the item minus the postage fee. Or in the case of an exchange we will require a return prepaid postage bag for your new item to be returned to you.
We encourage you to return your parcel via registered postal services as all return parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Shed leather.

Shed Leather is not legally obliged to give refunds of the purchase price because you have simply “Changed your mind”!
However if you wish to pay for postage in full both back to Shed Leather and return back to you we will let you exchange your product for another in our collection.
If the product you choose is of lessor value then you will have to be prepared to take that loss.
The item you return must:
(a) have all original labels still attached
(b) the item is unworn and in its original condition,and
(c) provide proof of purchase displaying date
Returns for New Zealand orders are the same as above
In the case of a faulty item please contact us at email@example.com.
Please state the fault, date of purchase and how the fault has happened.
We will require you to post your item back to us at above postal address and include your postal receipt.
We will then decide whether to repair, replace or refund your money.
If your item is over 12 months old then it is no longer under warranty.
Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded
