RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Shed Leather wants you to be completely happy with your Bag. We pride ourselves in top quality bags but we are only human and sometimes a bag may sneak through our quality control and have a fault. If this is the case then we will of course refund or exchange your Bag. Also sometimes upon receiving your bag its not quite the right colour, texture or style you were hoping for. DONT WORRY.......
We will gladly accept returns for refund or exchange if item is received by us within 14 days of purchase or- if bought online 14 days after receiving your product. Any longer than this and we will give a credit note to be used at any time with no expiry date.
RETURNS
Postage will be at your expense, unless the item received is faulty or not as ordered.
On receipt of the returned item, you will be credited the full purchase price of the item (excluding original shipping cost). Or in the case of an exchange we will require a return prepaid postage bag for your new item to be returned to you.
We encourage you to return your parcel via registered postal services as all return parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Shed Leather.
FAULTY ITEMS
In the case of a faulty item please contact us at info@shedleather.com.au.
Please state the fault, date of purchase and if possible send a photo.
We will require you to post your item back to us at above postal address and include your postal receipt.
We will then decide whether to repair, replace or refund your money. In some circumstances we will ask you to have repair done locally and we will refund your money on sight of receipt.
If your item is over 6 months old then it is no longer under warranty.
Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded
